Café Concepts, Inc. was established in 2001 with a focus exclusively on providing equipment and design services to the chain restaurant community; today we are involved in all areas of the foodservice equipment business. Our clients range from exclusive chef inspired locations, to quick service national and regional chain restaurant groups. Located in beautiful South Orange County, California, we have grown through the addition of very well trained personnel, guided by hands on management, and remain today a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves on continuously improving our knowledge of the latest trends and technology that produce the most efficient solutions for our diverse clientele. Over the last five years Café Concepts, Inc. has added substantially to our Design/ Build capabilities as well as increased our presence with boutique and business hotels, as they have enhanced their foodservice operations. We have also worked most recently to develop large contemporary food halls where many brands of restaurants are located under one roof, with an extreme emphasis on creativity and high quality. Our focus has always been to provide unique and cost effective solutions to the variety of culinary challenges. Whether it’s a small locally owned venue, or a nationally recognized brand, we continue to strive to provide our customers with world class service and exceptional attention to detail, resulting in projects that come in on time, on budget, and produce exceptional results.

Meet The Team
Jill Walsh brings significant management, technical expertise and valuable customer service experience to Café Concepts. Her position allows her tremendous access to food service manufacturers, and insight to emerging markets and trends. Her emphasis has been in the nurturing of long-term relationships with customers specializing in development of franchise based companies
Jill Walsh has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. After college Jill was employed by B.I. Concept Systems, the primary supplier of equipment and design for the Blimpie Subs and Salad Chain. Jill was promoted to Vice President of Purchasing and Design (1993 - 1998).
She then moved to California and began working for an independent foodservice dealer providing equipment and design packages for a variety of chain restaurant clients. She formed Café Concepts in October of 2001 and since its inception she has been responsible for providing the equipment and design packages for many dynamic entities. Additionally, Jill has valuable insight to the evolutionary process many chains experience and brings unparalleled experience to their organizations. Jill remains the Companies greatest contributor to its base of business.
Robert Walsh brings extensive management and customer service experience to Café Concepts. Robert's experience gained throughout his career has allowed him the insight to both manage the Companies operations but also the direction of the sales and marketing efforts. The experience he gained while holding various managerial positions in the foodservice industry has prepared him for the challenges he faces guiding the growth of Café Concepts. Robert Walsh has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. Robert has 28 years experience in the Food-Service Industry. Having started his sales career in Southern California as an Outside Salesman, he later moved on to a Regional Sales position and after relocating to Chicago, Illinois in 1995 he managed Chain Account development in the 26 Western States with sales in excess of 15 million dollars. Robert returned to Southern California in 1998 to manage the W. Myers Company, an exclusive distributor for many foodservice equipment manufacturers.
In 2002 Robert formed Oasis Development in Orange County, California. Oasis Development was the exclusive area developer for the Tropical Smoothie Café chain in Orange County and by 2005 had eight locations. In 2007 Robert sold the Company and joined his wife Jill at Café Concepts.
Samantha Flores is a purchasing manager for Café Concepts, Inc. She graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Liberal Arts. She has over 10 years of experience in purchasing. Samantha brings a passion for customer service and will go above and beyond to ensure the client has a positive experience to foster longtime relationships. She handles many aspects of the daily business, her most notable role is working directly with clients as well as manufacturers to make sure every project is organized, on track, and executed with the utmost professionalism. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family, planning and hosting parties.
Venessa Rowe is the Staff Accountant at Cafe Concepts, Inc. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting. Her uncompromising integrity and bright outlook on business brings a positive energy to the company. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Alberto Rodriguez is a project manager at Cafe Concepts, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He brings the ability to integrate knowledge and experience from the initial idea of a kitchen to the placement of the final piece of equipment. On his time off he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grand children.
Kevin Bailey is a project coordinator for Café Concepts, Inc. He has over 6 years of experience as a manufacturer representative in food service equipment. He is responsible for porject bidding and material management. He brings an advanced knowledge of the bidding process and Auto Quotes to the company. Outside of work he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.
Julie Vinkovic is a project coordinator for Café Concepts, Inc. She has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on interiors. Her experience in customer service and positive attitude give her the ability to create opportunities out of challenges. Outside of work Julie spends time antique hunting, gardening, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Alicia Beeler is a project coordinator for Café Concepts, Inc. She completed her Associate of Arts in Social Behaviors and Sciences at Irvine Valley College, and is completing her Bachelors in interior design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design. Alicia has experience in coordinating jobs with installers, manufactures, and shipping companies. She brings the ability to handle coordination tasks thoroughly while adhering to strict deadlines. When off the clock she enjoys crafting, gardening, going on foodie adventures, and staying on top of the food blogs and social media for the best new hot spot to try.
